Our client was looking to take a group of 84 dealers and 11 in-house account managers on a nurturing reward trip to a short haul destination.
Paragon proposed three destinations for this event, with our client settling on Berlin for a fantastic European incentive!
Paragon coordinated all elements of this trip, including pre-event communication (which involved a dedicated micro-site and fully customisable itineraries), flight, transfers, accommodation and activity sourcing. Paragon also accompanied the group, using 3 event managers to look after all logistics whilst on the trip, so our guests could fully focus on networking.

A large part of this brief revolved around creating brand touch points: branded USB’s, caps, t-shirts, water bottles, umbrellas, polos, ponchos, backpacks, sleeping masks, adaptors and buttons, meant that guests were constantly offered branded items to help their trip run more smoothly.
Paragon made sure that the selected activities were all adaptable for any weather. Tickets to the Zoo, TV Tower and Museum Island were sourced to offer indoor options, and were all booked well ahead of time, meaning the early-bird discounts could be passed on to our clients. A Potsdam tour, visit to client’s Berlin HQ and Gala dinner completed the entertainment!
Throughout the trip, branded flags, table cloths, hostess dresses, signage and itineraries, kept guests knowing where to go. The gala dinner on the first evening offered an excellent opportunity to push brand awareness, as guests were professionally photographed against a press wall and asked for testimonials of the event.
