This brief was to organise an event for 125 delegates, designed to bring international dealers together.
Paragon sourced The Nottingham Belfry Hotel, to be the venue for the conference and the pre-event meeting and private evening dinner.
Paragon managed all the event logistics, including the meeting rooms, accommodation of delegates at the hotel, the food/beverages, AV, signage and full on-site event management support.
Our Client required a 4* Hotel/Conference facility, located centrally in UK for ease of access by road, rail and air.
It had to have parking, with an external area to display tractors, a conference room large enough to comfortably accommodate 125 delegates in theatre style layout, with refreshments and lunch.
True to brief, the hotel had parking for a large external area where the client could display a pre-sourced combine harvester – and also display a tractor!
