Twice yearly, IVECO Parts invite their network of dealers to attend their Club Pro event, with the aim of bringing the wider team together, building relationships, and focusing on business plans for the months ahead. The event would last two days, consisting of workshop sessions and team building exercises.
Paragon provided a full sourcing and managing services, both on the day and in the lead up to the event. Our full role included sourcing hotel accommodation, sourcing guest speakers, coordinating team building activities, sourcing branding materials (badges, event signage, table places) and on the day coordination. We even managed the invites and registration!
In order to fully support the in-house event coordinator, a full CRM and website was also set-up and controlled by Paragon, giving our client peace of mind that all guests had been given the correct information and understood the event timings and itinerary.
With a short lead time, we needed to find a Manchester venues which had
a) availability for 54 delegates AND
b) enough break out space for all of the workshops AND
c) near-by accommodation for out of towners
Our Head of Events scheduled in 2 full site days for a member of the team to spend in Manchester, visiting a number of likely candidates. The favourite was chosen, with the resulting hotel also supporting break-out activities, meaning further savings for the client!
