The crux of the incentive revolved around securing hospitality for Barcelona Valencia during La Liga 18/19.
Guests were flown over to Barcelona, staying in central hotel close to Las Ramblas. A late kick-off and short flight time allowed guests to fly in on match day itself, meaning transfers and pick ups had to be right on time. At Nou Camp, guests enjoyed VIP hospitality (including open bar, gourmet catering & meet and greets) and premium seats in the Sky Box. Not a bad way to watch the game!
Extending the trip allowed guests to enjoy a free day in Barcelona, enjoying the shopping, beach and site seeing opportunities available! Paragon put together a short guide on tourist attractions and recommended restaurants, to help guests make the most of their day. The incentive finished with a group meal at El Tablao, a traditional flamenco show with a 3-course dinner and wine included.
This trip involved 14 guests, coming in on 4 separate flights… with all guests arriving on the day of the match, timings and contingencies had to be accurate.
Paragon coordinated 3 separate private transfers to pick up guests from the airport and shuttle them to the hotel. Although the four flights had been picked to land in Barcelona airport within 90 minutes of each other, we decided to maximise our guest’s time, whisking them over to the hotel as soon as they arrived, rather than waiting on group transport. This system also meant that – should we have to deal with any delays – there was always a vehicle on stand-by, which could take guests directly to the game.
