Brief

To deliver a Stockholm incentive for 16 people, travelling from Manchester and London.

Overview

During the summer of the 2018 Fifa World Cup, Paragon organised a whistle stop tour of Stockholm for one of our top clients.  The aim was to showcase the city to its best advantage, whilst offering several opportunities for relaxations and exploring!

Paragon organised all logistics, flights and accommodation. The itinerary included entrance into the city’s famous Abba museum, a two-hour private boat ride down the Strandvägen with open bar and the option of a pub trip to watch England V Belgium, as they played in the 2018 World Cup!

Problems

For this incentive, our client preferred to keep the on-the-ground event management in-house, meaning that there would be no event manager to ensure the smooth running of the trip.

Solutions

Paragon pre-booked all activities, creating detailed itineraries for our Client. The day before the event, Paragon re-confirmed all of the bookings, passing over relevant contact details and information accordingly. All flights, logistics and event management were taken care of by Paragon on behalf of our Client, so they could concentrate on strengthening relationships and seeing the city.

Our Clients account manager was on-call throughout the weekend in question, meaning he was able to supply any last minute questions or additional requests via whatsapp and phone call.
