Brief

Paragon has worked with this client for a number of years, providing incentive trips for the company’s top employees and dealers. This particular trip was for the annual top dealership programme, created for 7 lucky dealers and their partners.

Overview

Well versed in the requirements of this particular client and with a strict budget to adhere to, Paragon was responsible for all elements of this trip.

From initial destination sourcing, flight booking, brand touch points and guests liaison, to running the event on the ground and post feedback surveys.

Paragon booked all elements of the itinerary, which included… 2 night’s accommodation in a 4* hotel, a private helicopter ride from Geneva to Montreux (with a flight path changed to fly over the gorgeous Lake Geneva), a tour of the picturesque Chillon Castle, dinner at a traditional Fondue Restaurant, tours of traditional chocolate and cheese factories (with tastings!) , spa access and – in case this particular group of self-confessed foodies

Solutions

Switzerland is typically a fairly expensive destination, although once there the beautiful countryside, outstanding customer service and incredible activities, make it one of the best value for money destinations we offer. We used our connections with the industry to ensure all elements of the trip came in under budget.
