Paragon is an events and talent management with over 18 years’ experience delivering exceptional events.

Paragon was founded in 2001 by Event Manager and current Managing Director Mike Martin, cricketing legend Phil Tufnell and businessman extraordinaire Greg Tufnell.

Positioned as one of London’s newest Sports Agencies with a host of fresh new talent on their books, our three founders quickly realised they had hit upon a unique combination; a talent agency which was able to use their unique connections to offer premium VIP hospitality at the world’s biggest events…

With their unmatched access to the hottest venues and broadcasting stars, over the last two decades Paragon’s success has continued to grow, delivering outstanding events and hospitality across the globe.

Today, Paragon is one of the most renowned events and talent agencies in London, most recently appearing in C&ITs prestigious Top 20 UK Incentive Agencies. In 2019 Paragon were also shortlisted for Conference Award’s ‘Best Event Agency’ and C&ITs ‘Best Team Building’ event planners.

To date, Paragon has delivered award-winning events across 5 continents and 24 countries, raising over £1.4 million for charity. Our exceptional portfolio includes incentive travel, reward and loyalty programmes, conferences, event management, summer galas, Christmas parties and much much more.

In 2018, Paragon launched their Celebrity Experience Range, pairing up celebrity hosts (including Sir Alastair Cook, David ‘Hayemaker’ Haye, Anton Du Beke and Raymond Blanc!) with unique, 5*, interactive team-building experiences across the UK.
