Paragon Rugby Talent named in Rugby World Cup 2015
The biggest event of the year is fast approaching with only 29 days to go until the first game; England v Fiji and we can’t wait. It’s also an exciting time for Paragon as two of our rugby talent have been named in their respective Rugby World Cup squads.
Congratulations to Paragon’s very own Manasa Saulo and all the boys named in a very strong Fiji squad for next month’s Rugby World Cup. This will be Manasa’s first Rugby World Cup.
Seremaia Bai is named in the reserve list for the Fiji squad and will stay with Leicester Tigers for the launch of the new Aviva Premiership season. That is unless he is called upon to take part in what would be his third Rugby World Cup. He featured in the 2007 and 2011 Rugby World Cups for Fiji.
Lua Lokotui who plays for Beziers in France has been named in the Tonga World Cup squad. This is his second Rugby World Cup appearance for the Ikale Tahi having played in the 2011 World Cup in New Zealand. They are in the UK presently training at Cranleigh School and will play a warm up fixture versus Nottingham.
Unfortunately our own Argentina’s Matias Diaz who was originally selected for Los Pumas Rugby World Cup squad was ruled out of featuring in what would have been his first Rugby World Cup this week by the medics.
